We'll be moving to Coaches Pitch next year, and we'll see all of you then..if not before hangin around town! I've enjoyed blogging for the team, and I hope you've enjoyed reading just as much! I'm pretty sure there is a way to print the pages out...if you wanted to keep as a keepsake!

SWINGIN IN THE RAIN

Final Tribe Gathering May 25, 2010
Not even the rain could keep our little Indians down! We battled the Braves one last time and came through with our final W! We had a 30 minute rain delay and then we had about a 15 minute rain interruption, but that didn't bother our boys...they kept on playing!
Congrats to Morgan Jones on an amazing slide into 2nd base! Most of the time at this age, our little Indians just slide in for the heck of it, but not this time. ...We had 2 outs and really needed to stay alive, and Morgan made that happen! Way to Go Morgan!
I sure wish I had a pic of the slide, but I do have a pic of Morgan coming into 3rd base!
2 Double Plays Shut Them Down!
Woo Hoo Bubba! Way to catch the pop up and then tag the bag for the 2nd out! Of course I don't have a pic of the actual out, but I do have a pic of Bubba in action! Bubba did an excellent job on the mound this year and also covering home plate! Bubba had several outs at homeplate this year!
Double Play for Abedn! Way to catch the ball and tag that runner down at 2nd base! No pic of the out, but I do have a pic of Abedn on patrol for anyone or any ball coming near 3rd base! Abedn did an excellent job this year fielding the third base area!
We love our little bity Indians too! We appreciate the support from all who came out to watch this year! ...even the little ones! It was a great season from the stands and an even better season from the dug out! A big ole Indian Shout Out to all the parents that helped this year....we can't do it w/o the parents! Thanks for helping on the field, in the dug out and thanks for just getting them to the game on time....it takes more than one to make this work!
A Big Heartfelt Thank You to all that helped coach this year. As you could see ...each game...it took 4 to 5 adults to keep things running smoothly and we always could count on our parents! Not only did we have a #1 TeeBall Team, but we had #1 Coaches. A Big Gracias to Sommer Stewart our assistant coach (third base coach), Daniel Kennedy...he worked the dug out with a smile every time..ToTo Morgan...first base coach, and Shane Mack and Charlie Shoultz....thanks for filling in when we needed it! Thanks to Mom and Dad in the stands too....they knew when to make sure their child was paying attention!

Few Pics of the Coaches!

Stay Tuned for one final post!

Friday Night at the Ball Park!

vs. MAY 21ST.
Another Win for the Indians....they battled the Braves hard, and came through with a Win!

We played with 9 players...we missed you Kalem, Grant, and Barrett! our little out of towners!

And can't you tell that Summer is officially here! Proof is below! 2 of our Blood Brothers showed up sporting a real Mo-Hawk.....TeeBall Indian Style.....Red and Blue!
Love it!

Highlights!

Making the Outs!
Way to suck those balls up Abedn....He was a vacumn on this one.......He scooped up the ball and had time to chase the runner down on the first base line, then notices the runner coming in at home plate and tags that runner too. Double Play for Abedn! That's awesome!
And what's even better....the photographer for the night....the lovely Rachel Kovach (who happens to be Abedn's aunt!) she actually got pictures of the outs! And, yes....she really is the best Aunt ever!
Homerun Wyatt!
This was a close one! and thanks to Rachel...she actually got a couple pics of it!
There were probably a few more highlights that I missed. Sorry about that folks...my baby girl was playing at the same time and I was back and forth with that! Go Green Machine! Had to post a few pics.. She always wants to know why she isn't on the internet!

Few Random Pics!
Most of our little Indians are Happy......
But, every now and then...we get a sad one!
Most of the time little Brody took the outs like a big boy, but sometimes....he just had to let loose about it!
RBI for Caleb!
Had to post this one....look at Abedn's face!
Get on the bag, Get on the Bag!
Feelin the love at First Base!
Many of you saw this more than once.... That's little Brody giving Mom the thumbs up over on third base! That little thumbs up warms a Momma's heart!
Swinging at the Plate!
this might be the pop up that Abedn hit and that little fella caught that ball! Look at Derek's face!

A cookie makes all 4 year olds Happy! Mo-Hawking Brody ....happy once again!
Thanks to everyone for helping out with the snacks after the game. The kids really enjoyed it!

Victory Talk! GEEEAAAUUUXXXX Indians!

I meant to post this with the appopriate game, but somehow I forgot! Indians vs. The Dodgers.

Cute enough to make the blog! That's little Brody and his mom Sommer on third base. The ball was hit straight to short stop....there was a fairly high chance of Brody getting out...when he ran from 2nd to 3rd...he weaved around the players.... Mom says.....son, what are you doing...you have to run a straight line from 2nd to 3rd...he said My twicked em! For those of you who can't translate...that means...I tricked them! Precious Teeball Memory for mom and son on third base!
